Hi -

I'm having a problem with importing my prices. The first time I did this it worked fine, however now I am getting this message:

The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server may still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process.

This site has now been hosted with two different providers and the same thing is happening. It's important to note that the Products import is working fine.

Hello,
Please have a look at Manage timeout document to know the causes for this error. Perhaps you can try setting lines per import on limits tab in your import template settings to 100 or some lesser number to see if the import gets finished. By default lines per import value is 1000 in template settings. Don't forget to click on Advanced button on top right corner to see limits tab. If you still have issues, post the debug log and your import file to check.
