Attempting to change an old price of an item to a new price, the importing of new price does not apply and item stays with old price. Have followed documentation on https://www.csvimproved.com/support/import/203-virtuemart/912-import-virtuemart-prices

It was an error on my part. I was using AUS as the symbol for Australian dollars in the file, but the correct symbol is AUD. The import file now changes the price to the new one, and does not create another price.

Hello,

Please post the real debug log and not only a screenshot of the first page :) So I can check what happened with the update.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

That helped thanks. If you load the attached patch file the import should work again and update your price.

Let me know how it goes.

Patch applied and price change file imported. It has created multiple pricing now, one of the old price and the other the new at $85.00. Website shows the old price.

Log and image attached.

Hello,

That is really odd, looking at your debug log I see the current price is being updated not added.
UPDATE `wya_virtuemart_product_prices` SET `virtuemart_product_id`='108',`virtuemart_shoppergroup_id`='0',`product_price`='85',`override`='0',`product_override_price`='0.00000',`product_tax_id`='0',`product_discount_id`='0',`product_currency`='9',`product_price_publish_up`='0000-00-00 00:00:00',`product_price_publish_down`='0000-00-00 00:00:00',`price_quantity_start`='1',`price_quantity_end`='4',`created_on`='2016-04-08 12:15:22',`created_by`='0',`modified_on`='2016-04-08 14:28:30',`modified_by`='154',`locked_on`='0000-00-00 00:00:00',`locked_by`='0' WHERE `virtuemart_product_price_id`='458'

This is the same price ID as was in your previous debug log.

Your screenshot shows the 83.50 price has no quantity range. This would explain why a price is added because CSVI won't find that price because your price does have a quantity range.

The quantity range is also in your import file. You can change a price but you cannot change the quantity range. You would need to delete the old price first before being able to add a quantity range.
Kind regards,

RolandD
