Resolved Preserve virtueMart product Id in export into J2Store

Is there a way to preserve the Ids for VirtueMart products when importing the product data into J2Store? Unfortunately, we cannot find a way to do this action. Does RO CSVI support this feature? We can add the product ID field in the export and import templates, but it does not seem to work on export.

No, RO CSVI does not support this feature for products and so you did not find any way to do this.

We can add the product ID field in the export and import templates, but it does not seem to work on export.

Thats right. You can add product IDs on export and import as they are fields from database tables. Based on the ID existing products are updated but new products can not be created.
