Hi
The only problem in the moment is that in picture url in xml is missing the /. between estia-sa.com and images.
So the url path is not correct. exmpale the xml write

<picture_url><![CDATA[https://estia-sa.comimages/com_hikashop/upload/01-63031.png]]></picture_url>

must be..

<picture_url><![CDATA[https://estia-sa.com/images/com_hikashop/upload/01-63031.png]]></picture_url>

I have attached the screen shot for better example
How to fix it?
thanks

Hello,

Go to Components -> RO CSVI and click on the Options button in the top right corner. You are taken to the global settings and here you can set the domain name. Enter the domain name including the last / That should fix it.
Kind regards,

Hello,
If you have set up the domain name with / then you should see it in picture_url field in export. Can you post a screenshot on how you have the domain name set in RO CSVI global settings page?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
