Hello,
Rolandd system plugin was used for RO CSVI extension updates. With RO CSVI 9.0.0 version we added download ID in Joomla itself so this system plugin was removed from this version. Since you have updated RO CSVI to 9.5.0 version you can uninstall this plugin from Joomla Extension manager. You can now add Download ID in Update Sites in Joomla for RO CSVI to get latest updates. Once you uninstall the rolnadd plugin warnings should be gone.
