Resolved Phoca Cart product import: manufacturer_name

With VirtueMart it's very useful that when you add a manufacturer name to the source and it does not exists, RO CSVI creates it automatically. Could you please add this feature to Phoca Cart product import, too? category_path works very well, it creates the categories but not for manufacturer_name
