Resolved Phoca Cart product import: automatic image_ordering

The image field import works very well, even for multiple images, separated with | charactar, except all of the ordering values in #__phocacart_product_images will be 0
Sure there is a image_ordering field for that but maybe if it's not there, RO CSVI could use an incremental value based on the images field's count

We have added this to our todo list. There is no ETA on when this be ready but will be included in future RO CSVI version.
