Resolved PC4 Import attribute - Errors.

Hi
I try import - export attribute to PC4 and RO CSVI give me:
This is exact same file only change is language title ;)
An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.



Status error: 500



Explanation: This error means that something has gone wrong but the server does not want to tell you what exactly happened. The only way to find out is to ask your hosting provider for the error message in the error log. For further information you can check the 500 Internal Server Error document on our site. Without the real error we will not be able to help you.

I have last version. PC4, J4, CSVI
3 line is imported and that all..
I try XMLX and CSV
And i using Example PhocaCart Product Attributes Export
Preview look OK. every column is OK.

Debug log shows import breaks at third line. Can you post the import file you used? I will run the import here and check.

Hello,
Thank you for the file. I was able to reproduce the error with the file. I have fixed the error with attached patch file. Load the patch file and run the import.

Let me know on how it goes.

Hello,
I noticed sku file is empty in your import file. This field is needed for RO CSVI to find the existing product and update the attribute. You need to fill in this field for import.

If i remove SKU system should be using ALIAS ? Yes?

I can't supplement the SKU now because the customer has too many variants and has not done it from the beginning.

IF i fill in file CSVI He will be imprisoned like import. Well, not while the SKU will not be in the database. True?

Alias is also one of the needed field. sku, alias and type/type_id are the needed fields for attributes import.

I can't supplement the SKU now because the customer has too many variants and has not done it from the beginning.

I understand that. Also sku is not a needed field in PhocaCart product. You can save a product in PhocaCart without sku but the problem is RO CSVI need fields which helps to pick the right record from database. We use possible unique value fields for that. If sku field is empty then product_id with id as 0 is updated.

If you fill in CSV file and it is not in database then RO CSVI cannot find existing record. You can update sku for existing rows in database. To do that you can use attribute_id field and sku field in import file and that should update sku based on ID. You can do PhocaCart attribute export and get existing attribute_id and sku fields. Edit this export file with sku and import it. That should help.
