Hello,

I’ve used CSVI & Custom Fields For All on another site before, I don’t recall to have had this problem.

I use:
Joomla 3.6.5
VirtueMart 3.0.18
CSVI Pro 6.6.4
Custom Fields for All v.3.0.5
Daycount’s VMCustom - Children products plugin 1.4.1, to grant users access to the child product detail page.
(This VMCustom plugin doesn't seem to be the cause: I've tested it with the plugin disabled)

The problem is that parent product custom field values are repeated on the child’s page.
The custom_override in my CSV import file don't seem to have the desired effect.
I tried to add custom_disabler as well, no result.
Maybe I make an error in the import files hereby attached.

To access the website, please go to https://plantarium.nu/?online=ed
Kindly note that the web shop is only on the Dutch part of the site.
On the front page you can search for BNzymen to quickly access to an example.

If staff members need acces to admin, FTP or database, just ask for it by mail.
I attach the CSV files, but I can't attach the logs, they are exceeding size limits.
I'll gladly send them by mail if asked for.
parents.csv children.csv

Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Please load the attached patch file using CSVI maintenance menu and do a fresh import. See if your issue is fixed after that.

Hello,
Looking at your debug log dont show any issue with values. One reason could be that the import would have been repeated and the values would be the leftover from your previous imports. If you know how can you please go to phpmyadmin, look for tables #__virtuemart_custom_plg_customsforall_values and #__virtuemart_product_custom_plg_customsforall, empty these tables and try doing a fresh import? See if this solves the issue.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi Thurana,

I've emptied the two tables and did a fresh import.
Regrettably it didn't solve the problem.

Best regards,
Chris

Hello Chris,
I may need to look at your site and database to check on this issue. Running your file on my test site don't give me any issue. Can you send your site and database access details along with a sample product link on front end which has the issue? This would help me find the cause. You can send me the details as an email.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Yes! You did it!
Thank you very much, Thurana.
I suppose that the patch will be included in the next release?

I noticed that I didn't post a review on the JED yet, it's done now.
Thanks again, I'm very happy :)
