Hello.

I would like to know: Are there any import settings for the row field that will overwrite the custom_value rather than adding a new field to the product.

Now I use custom_delete to delete the previous value of custom_title and custom_value, after that I import where I specify the new custom_title and custom_value.
This is not convenient.

Hello,
Can you tell me for which custom field type you are overwriting the value? Please post screenshots on the custom fields and the values you are trying to overwrite. Also tell us which version of RO CSVI you are using.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Thank you for the screenshots. When selecting the existing custom field from database we check for custom field id based on custom_title and custom field value based on custom_value fields. That is because a custom field can have many values and selecting only based on custom_title is not feasible. In your case the new value of custom_value is not found in the database so RO CSVI inserts a new record for the custom field with new value. Using custom_delete field is the way to delete the existing value and import the new value.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
