Resolved Override price

Dear Roland,
I am trying to import override prices.
The import file consists of the following fields: product_sku; product_name;product_override_price;override
(For override field I use value: 1)

After importing the file, the Final Price -of the normal product_price- remains 0.000 (the Override buttom shows: not allowed, too)

BUT! A New price is created, where the Final Price appears.

In the front page there are no prices shown at the product.

Please be so kind and help me what am I doing wrong.

Can you also post the debug log of your import and sample import file? To know how to get the debug log check Where to get debug information? section on top of this page.

Hello,
You are using a very old version of CSVI, i would advise you to update your CSVI version to latest 7.1.0 and then run the import again. There have been few fixes done on price update in the latest version. See if your import works after that.

Hello,
Thank you so much for the log file. The problem is that you are not having product_price field in your import file so CSVI is not able to find the price row you are trying to update. It rather inserts a new price row. CSVI needs few required fields to find the exact price row from multiple price rows of a product. The one of the required field is product_price. Please add this field to your import file and try doing the import.
