Resolved Override import routines

Hello Guys

I have created a Productcustom.php to overide template and do custom work in it for images days ago.

As explained in this : https://csvimproved.com/support/questions-and-answers/858-override-import-export-routines

I need to do some little change in that template now.But when i tried to add anything in that file.It is not showing any change.

I have used die; function in file to check .But it is not working and still import is happening.

Finally i empty the file and save it .But again when i import any test csv file with the template which i used to import is running fine.Which should not be.

I don't know why this happening ? Is any cache issue or something else...?? Because it is working before.

Hello,
Are you trying to do import from administrator? Try clearing cache once and see if it is working. I don't see any reason why it should not work.

Hello,

Yes i am trying to do it from administrator.I have cleared cache and also rename the cache folder.But still its not working.

I have created file in : public_html/administrator/templates/isis/html/com_csvi/com_hikashop/model/import/productcustom.php

And If i empty that file still import working.It should not be.Don't know why..:(

Do you have any idea ?

Hello,
The only reason i could see it is not working is when the override file is missing in the path. Can you send me your FTP access details? I will check the file and see why it is causing the issue.

Hello,

I have talked to server team.They said it seems the issue with is a DNS error.And they working on it.and fixed this.

Wonder how can a DNS error have issue only with override file. Anyways, glad know that your issue is solved.

Not with that file , Any other file also not working on server.Any changes on other files also not working.So i contact to them.
And they said this...:)
