Yes, this feature has been added with our upcoming RO CSVI release. The date format set in template can be used for Custom XML layout for export. Once the subscription is renewed, i can send you the patch file and the steps to use it.

I have 7.11 version now. Will it correctly update to 7.20 ?

The update should be no problem however we always recommend taking a backup and do an update on a test site first.

Attached is a patch file that you can load and after that the [datetime] placeholder is available. This uses the date format as defined in the template settings.

This tag is available in the Custom and Order Advanced XML exports.

Date is output correctly, thank you.

But now for the products with discount the fields [product_price] is wrong (for exampe 37.35 instead of 990), [product_discount] is an empty at all. The currency setting in the template is right. How can I fix it ?

Also you gave me a patch to hide an empty fields in 2019.
Today I saw that this option has gone after update.
I have load that 2019 patch again and now the datetime is output just like [datetime] and interface of RO CSVI is strange now (see in attach)
And the main question is about price output for products with discount.

Do you see this issue after the update? Which fields you have in export? Can you post debug log of export? To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document.

The fix in the patch file has been included with CSVI 7.12.0 version so if you have updated RO CSVI to 7.20.0 version the fix should be available in core and there is no need to apply the patch again. I would recommend you to install RO CSVI 7.20.0 version and then install the latest patch file sent to you for datetime. That should solve the interface issue. If you still have problem in hide fields with RO CSVI 7.20.0 version then let us know.

By default date time format in export template is set to 24 hour format. What value you have for Date format field on File tab? Isn't it set to d/m/Y H:i:s?

I would recommend you to install RO CSVI 7.20.0 version and then install the latest patch file sent to you for datetime.

I made backup my site to 7.11 and install the datetime patch without update to 7.20. In this case export file satesfy all my needs today.

I don't understand what could be the reason for the RO CSVI update not to work on your site. I would recommend to update to 7.20.0 version on a test site first, apply the datetime patch and check the exports.

I did it firstly in such order and it did not work corretcly with price and discount.
Maybe I'll try again later on a test domain but it will be the same actions.

I have reinstall patch for hide empty fields only after check export file after upate to 7.20 and datetime patch.

There cannot be any change with price and discount as prices in RO CSVI are calculated by VirtueMart in both RO CSVI 7.11.0 version and RO CSVI 7.20.0 version unless you have any custom code or special rules for these values. Updating in test domain is the best way to go.

You should be doing the update in the order

1. Update from RO CSVI 7.11.0 version to RO CSVI 7.20.0 version
2. Load patch file for datetime.

You don't need to install the hide fields patch as it is already included with RO CSVI 7.20.0 version.
