* CSVI version (Latest is not a version number)pkg_csvi_7.9.0_pro
* A copy of the template you are using. : com_content
* Collected debug information: I have Chinese characters in content.

I opened the out out csv file with Mac Excel 15 and get garbled code.
I remember there used to have a "I am Mac" option during creating template. Did you remove that?
How should I do to have content with Chinese characters?

Hello,

The option "I am Mac" is only for import, not for export and has to do with line-endings not encoding. The attached file you posted is in ANSI code and not the UTF-8 as CSVI exports it. Attached is a file I exported with CSVI containing Chinese characters.

If the exported file comes as ANSI without changing it, there may be something interfering with the download. Is the attached file directly from the export without opening it? If not, do an export of some articles and attach the file without opening it.
