Hello Roland,

Thanks again for the great support so far.

Sorry, but meanwhile I am really a little bit pissed!
It should actually be an easy task: After the orders are completed or shipped, the new state of the orders AND order items should be returned to the shop.

What the hell is wrong with this import? It may not be so difficult to import an order status for shipped orders. Or am I in fact too stupid? I doubt my mind.

Kindly request your help once more.

Kind regards,

Teresa

Hello Teresa,

Nothing stupid about this, it is just a mismatch I would say. You have set the order_status_name field with a value of Abgeschlossen. CSVI finds this file and tries to get the correct order_status but VirtueMart has it stored as COM_VIRTUEMART_ORDER_STATUS_COMPLETED. So CSVI can't find the correct status and thus this field is not updated. In the OrderItem Status template I have removed the order_status_name field and the order items are updated.

What may be more useful in your case as you only want to change the status of the items is to use the Custom Table import. This way you don't have to worry about all the extras CSVI is doing on an order item import. Have a look at the Order Item Update template in your system, you can use this with the import_item3.xml file. The same can be done for the order update, only the minimum number of fields are needed.
Kind regards,

RolandD
