Hello,

in a previous version of CSVI on joomla 2.5 I was able to pu the command "last hour" in the field order date, so I could export only the orders of the last hour.

It was great, but in this last version on joomla 3.4 it's not possible anymore ( in advance ored item export there is a field with time range, but it's not fitting my needs, indeed the advance template it's not exporting, I think its' buggin also because I connot arder the export fields).

Any suggestion? thanks
Held would be really appreciated!
Matteo

Hello Matteo,

What do you see on the Options tab? There is the order date field you can filter on. The Joomla 2.5 version is the same one that runs on Joomla 3.

Are you using the cron command?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello.
Pls see attachments.

In joomla 2.5 I was able to save this command "last hour". And when I process the template it saves me the orders ONLY for the last hour.

I try to do the same in order export in joomla 3, but doesn't save this command.

I see that in advance order export there is the option for today, yesterday, etc.... but it doesn't fill my need and the advanced is buggy, because doesn't save the order of the fiels to export.

Anyway, my need is to save the order ony for the last hour, like in joomla 2.5 and with version 4.5.4 of CSVI I was able to do...

Hello,

The usage of the "last hour" is something that I am not even aware of that it works. Since you said it works in 4.5.4 I checked the code but this hasn't changed since. So I played a little with it and I found that you cannot save the template with the text "last hour" but if you type in the "last hour" and then click Export it indeed exports the last hour data.

The reason you can't save the text "last hour" is because it isn't a valid date/time.

but it doesn't fill my need and the advanced is buggy, because doesn't save the order of the fiels to export.
After you fill in the order of the fields you need to click on the Save button on the toolbar above the fields. Do not click on the icon at the top of the column.
Kind regards,

RolandD

I was also surprised tha could work!

But then , I need a solution to mannage this problem.
I see that now is saving the fileds positions ( maybe yesterday I was working too much...) but it doesn't export, I receive an empty CSV.
The standard order export does.
So, is there a customization in order export, so I could say: put in stard date and end date always the last hour? ( then is lauched every our with a CRON.

Thanks

Via cron it is possible to specify the last hour, this has been mentioned a couple of times on the forum. One of those threads can be found here.
Kind regards,
