Resolved Opening frontend url for export takes me to homepage

Hello,

I made CSV export template, but every time I try to run it's frontend url for easy exporting it takes me to the homepage and nothing happens. Any idea why this occurs?

In the logs I see it being runned, but it says "Run canceled" with 1 line that is clean up old logs. 17 found, threshold is 25

I got it working. I don't had a key in there.

Hello,
You must be having some firewall extensions like Admin tools set on your site and that must be blocking the RO CSVI export. Check and whitelist RO CSVI and your export should run after that.

Also please check the htaccess file. Export should run with the default htaccess file which comes with Joomla installation. You can try using the default one and see if export works.

Hello,
Do you see any error on homepage after redirected from RO CSVI export? Can you send me the frontend link for export? Something is stopping RO CSVI export on your site and we need to find that. Also please check server error logs and see if you can find any related error in there.
