Resolved Only six records have been exported

Please, forgive my bad English. I hope to be clear enough.
csvi_templates_lds.testsrp.it_20190411.xml OldExportClienti.csv TextExClienti.csv I need to export some fields of the customers of my VirtueMart ecommerce. But something strange happens with your tutorial.
csvi_templates_lds.testsrp.it_20190411.xml contains the two templates used.
OldExportClienti.csv is the export file, made using the tutorial on your website (https://csvimproved.com/support/export/204-virtuemart/2654-virtuemart-users-export). But it exports only 6 record and I am not able to point out the reason. It also does not allow me to select the custom client field "Trattamento IVA": why?
TextExClienti.csv is the export file made using a hand-made script. It exports all records and allows me to select the custom client field called "Trattamento IVA".
Both generate no debug log.
Can you say to me what is the problem with OldExportClienti.csv?

Did you run the Update on the Available Fields page? If yes, tell me what kind of field this is. How is it setup?

Both generate no debug log.
This means you have not enabled the debug log. If you look at the blue box at the top it tells you Where to get debug information?. Follow those steps and you should get a debug log.

I need the debug log to see why only 6 records are exported. Looking at the template it may be because of your selection of All usergroups. You could remove that selection and see what comes out.

Let me know the result of the debug log and I will check it.

Sorry, my fault.
The issue was due to a not correct selection of the shopper group. I apologize.
Thank you for your answer, that allowed me to look to the problem from another point of view.
