Resolved Only CSVI and Joomla components are shown

Hi there,

I'm strugling with the following. We did rebuild a shop for a customer. The old shop is Joomla 3.5.x and the new one too.
We purchjased a while ago CSVI Pro to realise it.

After installation we want to make an export template.
In the first step we can't select Virtumart as component.
The following is shown in the dropdown menu:

CSVI Pro
Joomla categories
Joomla Content
Joomla menus
Joomla users

Revisions:
Joomla 3.6.5
Virtuemart 3.0.18
PHP 5.6.27
SQL: 5.1.60

Any suggestion?
