Hi
I get the error of the attached image always at the same time of the csv import ( nearly 71 seconds) so I only can upload 100 lines of the csv. I tried to upload other different 100 lines to know if there was a problem with the csv file and it worked fine, so I don´t know if this limit in the upload is a trouble of the server or my CSVIPRO config.
Can you help?
Best regards

Hello,
Since you are saying you tried changing importing from 100 lines and it worked fine, it should be a problem with your server. Your server has reached its limits and sending an empty response when trying to import 100 lines. Please have a look at the Managed timeout documentation which explains more about it.

Hi again
I tried to change the "lines per import" limit to 80, 60, 50, 25,20,10 and finally 1 line.
Its always stops at 200 lines processed. I analyze the csv in the analyzer and its ok.
People from the server told me they increase the limits.
What can be wrong?

Hello,
Looks like after increasing the limits, the processing has become to 200 from 100 lines as you mentioned before. The server limits are something which your hosting provider can help with, we have nothing much to do here. I am not sure if you are using a dedicated server or a shared hosting as shared hosting has limitations in server resources. Try talking to your hosting provider and see how much they can increase server limits.

Hello,
Can you have a look at the two analyze problems articles and see what it says during your import? Perhaps that can shed some light on this.

Hi Roland
People from server increased the limits and tried to do an import by their side to look in the server logs the problem.
They collected this error yesterday:
[Mon Apr 25 19:06:25 2016] [error] [client 80.31.76.124] PHP Warning: json_encode(): Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument in /var/www/vhosts/http://------------.com/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_csvi/rantai/rantai.php on line 165, referer: http://www.--------------.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=import
I kept the domain (----) for privacy
Can it help?
Best regards

Hello,
Yes this helps. It means you have some erroneous data in your import file. This could even be a non-printing character. The task at hand is to find out which line in your file is causing that. I think by reducing the number of lines to let's say 5 and see where it stops, you should get a pretty good idea where this problem is.
As always, make sure your file is UTF-8 encoded. If that is not the case, that may already be the problem.
