Resolved Not all records are imported

Just finished the new imports and all the records are now imported. Thank for your really fast response.

Ok, so based on your import log you posted I configured my template and I see as well what you see. The missing records are due to the import skipping the first line once it has already started. Please apply the attached patch file. This has all the changes we discussed.

There should be no more missing records.

By the way the 10 that I had extracted from the file are now correctly imported.

It would be the option as shown in the How to collect debug information? document at the bottom.

If you would import a few of those entries separately, do they import then? This way they should be in the debug log.

I found the list of the records not imported this time. Here is a screen capture.

I have changed the log limit to 0 the first time then to 5000 but the downloaded log is always 20 actions long.

How can I change that?

Please post the debug log as well of these imports. You would need to increase the number of lines being logged in the global configuration of RO CSVI as this is by default 20 and you have many more records. This will create a huge log file but that is OK as otherwise we cannot see why these records are skipped.
