Resolved Not all customers got exported and products export question

Goodmorning,

Just bought your export extention and run into two things. I make 2 templates 1 for Virtuemart users and 1 for Virtuemart products.

1) Virtuemart users: in admin i have 1298 customers but in export only 177. I can not see what i am doing wrong (see attachments)
2) Products: i have a multilanguage site, but i dont see the title, descriptions for the different languages...

Can you post the export debug log? To get the debug log check How to get debug information? document.

2) Products: i have a multilanguage site, but i dont see the title, descriptions for the different languages...

You cannot have title and description of all languages in one export file instead in your product export template settings on Options tab select the language you need to export the title and description.

Hello Alex,
As per your debug log, 177 users assigned to a shopper group have been exported and the users not exported have no shoppergroup assigned. To export all these users at once, in your export template on Options tab in Shopper group name filter select All Shopper groups and No assigned shoppergroups, save the template and run the export.

As you could see in my first atttachements, i have selected 'all shoppergroups' already.

Hello Alex ,
You should also select No assigned shoppergroups along with All Shopper groups in the same filter, save the template and run the export.

Ok, that seems to work. Only thing is that i cant get a nice excel from it. Columns jump in a lot of rows.

Hello Alex,
In your export template, on File tab set text enclosure field to be ", save the template and run the export. Your issue should be solved after that.
