Hello,

I've got problemas to install version 6.2.0 PRO into my Joomla 3.4.4. Have uninstalled version 5.21.2 but haven't deleted DB tables as I would like to keep old templates. Is there no way to keep old Virtuemart templates created with version 5?

Thanks.

PS: http://www.csvimproved.com/es/support/questions-and-answers/1076-installation-or-updating-of-csvi-6 this link is borken I believe.

Hello,

this link is borken I believe.
That link is not broken, page opens just fine. Why do you think it is broken?

The process described there should be enough to keep your old templates.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi,

Sorry, my fault, the broken link is in that page but in section "Possible errors":
Uninstall CSVI - http://www.csvimproved.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1068&catid=22&lang=en-GB&Itemid=252

Thanks, will have a better look at that process.

Hello Maria,

the broken link is in that page but in section "Possible errors":
Which link do you get that doesn't work? The link you posted here and in the article works for me.

The process should find the old templates table and convert the templates for you.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

The reason you get this error is because there is no Spanish version of this page. I have changed the language on the article and it will always show up. The reason I didn't see it is because I would get the English URL.

Have you managed to keep your old templates?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

I see, I did not realize that the link was related to language. At the moment I'm testing CSVI PRO 6.2 on a localhost, so won't worry about this support ticket, I'll come back if needed.

Thanks for your help.
