Hello,

i just upgraded Joomla to latest version, also virtuemart and CSVI, now when i add a template, and template fields (i can add them normally with new or quick add)

they are not shown in the list after adding them, no filter is set, anyone know whats the problem here?

now i have the problem, that ordering is not correct, and i can not change it... if i change it, the result is always the same, also created template new again.

Hello,
Are you not able to drag and drop the fields so to order them? Do you see any error when changing the order of the fields? Can you check if you see any Javascript error in console when changing the order of the fields? Post a screenshot of javascript console if you see any error.

there are no errors, and i can somoothly order them, but the result is wrong in the csv file ist wrong, you can see in the pictures

Hello,
Can you send your template XML file to check? To get template XML file go to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it.

Hello,
Your template works good for me. The fields are exported in the same order as added in template fields. Your export file as per your sceenshot shows there are duplicates in columns. category_path is seen 4 times in your screenshot. Are you sure it is the same exported file? Can you also post your export debug log? To know on how to get the debug log check Where to get the debug information? section on top of this page.

now i created it once again, and still the same, don't know what's up here...

this double and 4x fields are relicts from the problem before, because missing column in sql... but after creating new i thought it will leave...

I don't see any reason for why you are seeing the duplicates in your export file as your export log also looks good. What if you try to do a export with only two fields product_sku and product_name? Does it work without duplicates then?

Tried this, and again all fields there, so i changed the name of the export file, and now, correct order and nothing doubled :dry:

Can you explain why? is it somewhere in cache? - i also tried to clean up before...

Yes, export runs on cache for SEF URLs. You have the these settings set to Yes in your template. What if you set Cache SEF URLs and Empty SEF URLs to No in Options tab in your export template settings?

Hello,

What you can do is go to Maintenance and select CSVI Pro and then in the second dropdown choose to Clean temp folders. Start that process and see if you get the wrong file again if you use the same name as before. It may be that the file is stuck in the temp folder. That is the only thing I can think of.

Tried this now, but always getting old results.

if i do not change the file name in the template, i'm getting same old results.
tried to empty temp folder, clear cache on all positions i can find.

that's a problem, becaause if i do an export, and fortget to rename it before, i have the old products (or prices) inside.

Tested on another host, same here

Hello,
If you are getting old results with filename set then it looks like the export file is not been overwritten. Can you check the permission of your tmp/com_csvi/export folder? You can also do a simple test by adding an extra field to your export. Check if the extra field show up in your export file. Can you try it with and without filename set?

It's very interesting

i added a field, pressed export again, checked export path, and ok, new date and time, so credentials are OK, but in downloaded file, still old results.

so i thought, OK, let's copy the file from ftp, and.... here are the the correct results???

now i am out. - maybe it's a firefox cache problem? Because it works great on IE, first time IE is better then FF :dry:

Yes, the issue should be something to do with your Firefox browser as the export file has been created and downloaded in IE. Are you using any older version of Firefox? In that case try upgrading your Firefox and see if it helps.

After 25 Days i rebooted my Firefox new and upgraded 51 to 52, but result is the same :)

but if i don't forget i'll just use Chrome or IE for export pricelists.
