Hi there,
I am having a bit of problem getting SEF urls. In the template I have marked I want SEF however I get the Joomla non URL in my export.
This is an export where I am just exporting joomla content with several custom fields includes.
Any idea how I can get the SEF's instead?
Thanks,
Elisabeth

You are so smart! In fact, you were right in a way because this domain has several joomla installations and this one is under /nl so there was a domain there already but it was just http://www.dolcevia.com (without the /nl) so when I added that the file was perfect!
Thanks for solving that problem!

Hello Liz,

I have taken a look at this as well and have some suspicions ;)

First of all, have you set the domain name of the site in the CSVI settings? You can double check this by going to Components -> CSVI Pro and click on the Options in the top right corner.

Second, is this export made on the dolcevia.com website? When I try to reach the URL that creates the SEF URLs for CSVI, I am not getting the expected response. Instead of an empty answer, I receive a full webpage.

So CSVI is not getting the expected response, which explains why you don't get the SEF URLs.

Let me know what setup you are running in terms of URLs and we can check further.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Dear Tharuna,
I absolutely have SEF urls enabled. It still doesnt correctly download. Here is the log for the refreshing of the SEF. Perhaps that could help.

Hello Liz,
In your Joomla Global configuration page on Site tab under SEO Settings, do you have Search Engine Friendly URLs set to Yes? This should be set to Yes as RO CSVI uses Joomla settings for generating SEF URLs. Set this option to Yes and then go to CSVI Maintenance page, select Joomla Content in first option, Refresh SEF URL's in second option. Select your export template and set Empty SEF cache to Yes. Click continue. Try your export again and check if you are getting SEF URLs.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Elisabeth,
In CSVI Maintenance page, select Joomla Content in first option, Refresh SEF URL's in second option. Select your export template and set Empty SEF cache to Yes. Click continue. After that you try your export and check if you are getting SEF URLs.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
