Resolved No Joomla users imported

Hello,
Done this before, so I don't know what's going this on time: no Joomla user imported.
I attach the log and the CSV file.
Anyone can help?

Hello,
The problem is with your import file. Your CSV file is UTF-8Y encoded which means it is a BOM file. The Byte Order Mark(BOM) is an invisible 3-characters at the beginning and you can see it in your file. You have to first save your file as a normal UTF-8 file and then run the import.
