Resolved No CSV File

Hi there,
sorry for bothering but when i do my Shippment-Adress export i do not get csv files. The files are named just "file" the .cvs ending is missing :( what am i doing wrong? I tried klick exel csv in options but didnt change anything -.-.
I can write .csv in the filename then its ok and i can import it with DHLShipment.
But in automatic process this wont work.

Maybe someone could help me :)

Hello Lisa,
Not sure why you are not seeing .csv with your file name as that is the default extension given for a filename in export. What export operation you are using? can you send few screenshots on your template settings?

One way is that you can try setting Filename for exported file field as filename.csv on File tab in your template settings and check if you get the export file with an extension.
