You are missing the price_with_tax field in your import file. CSVI has no clue now which price it needs to update with the new tax ID. So if you add that field and the prices including tax, the import should update the price and set the correct tax.

so i neeed to calculate the price with taxes of my 500 products to set it in the file...

You don't have to calculate it yourself, you can run an export first with the product_sku, price_tax_id and price_with_tax field and update the export file with the new data and then import the file. It should run fine then.

My mistake, on export the field is called salesprice.

That is becaue VirtueMart has a number of fields available on export that do not exist in the database.

You can set the delimiters you like to use in your template. On the File tab you can set the field delimiter and text enclosure. So if you set the field delimiter to , (comma) and " (double quote) for text enclosure.

Depending on your country Excel prefers a comma or a semi-colon ( ; ). A rough rule is that in Europe Excel wants a ; and outside of Europe a ,
