Resolved New version RO CSVI won't install on Joomla 3

Hi! The new version of ROC CSVI (8.9.0) won't install properly on Joomla 3. After uploading the package we get an error.
The eror is messager is just 'error'. Nothing more.

I does seem something has been installed. There are database tables and also folder / file installed but the component is missing in the backend.

We were able to uninstall the packages from J3, but after this the database tables remained in the database.

PHP 8.1.22
Joomla 3.10.12
