I have worked virtuemart 1 with csvi 1.9 for joomla, and it worked perfectly.
Now i tried to migrate to joomla 3, with CSVI Pro 7.2.3.
I have created 3 test files for product, related files and stock (2 of the are very simple: prodct:sku and product_in_stock or related_products)
They have only 2 lines: header and information about just 1 product.
I have analised them, and the information goes OK.
But when I tried to import, in the preview i can only see the header, and whe i run the import process it doesn´t work, with any file.
I tried, and tried, and see tutorials, but i don´t fiind why.
Could someone help me, please?
Attached I send the 3 files and the logs of 2 of the import.

Hello,

I checked your first file CSV_BS Ficha de Producto_20-08-2017_18.11.16.csv and you have set Skip first line: Yes and Use file for configuration: Yes. What this means is that the first row with column headers is used for configuration. This goes fine as you can see the preview. Now when you said to Skip the first line, CSVI will skip the first line with data. Since your file only has 1 row of data, nothing gets imported. So you need to set Skip first line to No and you can import your file. The same applies to your other import. Make that change and you should be able to import.
Kind regards,

RolandD

confvirtuemart.jpg Thank you Roland. Now the importation was made.
But i have a problem:
The language goes to the table products IN ENGLISH. My language is SPANISH
In the Edit template options, there are 2 languages: English and Arabic.
But in joomla I have Spanish and English.
May be when we instaled CSVI these were the languages of the main joomla instalation.
The question is, how can I updated the languages in CSVI to Spanish and English?
thank you in advance.

Hello,

CSVI takes the languages from Joomla and checks if they exist in the database. Check if you have Spanish as content language in Joomla. You can find that by going to Extensions -> Language -> Content Language. Your Spanish is missing somewhere and Arabic is set somewhere as well and I think it is there.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Roland.
I have checked again the virtuemart language as you told me, and there are Spanish and english (as you can see in the attached "joomla.jpg" file)
No SPANISH appears. (You can see it in the second atachmend file csviTemplate.jpg)
I don´t know why, my language is not there?
Please, any help?

Hello,

There is something wrong in the setup of your site somewhere. Let's try this. Go to the VirtueMart configuration and set both English and Spanish as available languages for VirtueMart. This is the Tienda Multilingue option. Save this and see if you see Spanish in the list. The other thing I want you to check is if you go to Extensions -> Manage -> Manage and find the Spanish language pack in the list. Is it enabled?
Kind regards,

RolandD

I have established both English and Spanish as virtuemart languages
In Extensions -> Manage -> Manage Spanish is enabled, but is not activated in the list.
It seems strange that the Spanish language appears with two entries, (attached image) I tried to uninstall it but I can not do it, a warning "The Spanishespaol extension is part of a package that does not allow uninstalling individual extensions"
Is it possible that this has any relation?

I have reinstalled the Spanish language pack without uninstalling the old one and now the component detects it.
Thank you
