Resolved Multiple select field - export Text value

Though it would be nice to have the text and value in different columns on the export and not use "#" as a separator.

We have it on our todo list for a future release. So we are definitely aware of this as more users have requested different separators.

These are list custom fields for Joomla Articles. We need to export the Text element as well as the value.

Can you tell me what you are trying to export? Are these Joomla articles? Which fields are you exporting?

The patch will be available later today.

Disappointing, we now have a set of values which has no relation to the product type.

When will this patch be released, it is quite a basic option?

Joomla multiple list custom field is saved in the fieldparams field in database in the table #__fields in the form of JSON string. With custom export you can add this field and get the JSON export but not the Text value you are looking for. We do support export of Joomla custom fields in Joomla content and Joomla categories exports but not multiple select field. We have added it to our todo list and will send you the patch once it is ready.

Yes it is a custom field.
The export is a custom export.
