Resolved Multiple Custom Fields

In your help document here https://csvimproved.com/support/questions-and-answers/1112-product-import-with-custom-fields you have a field called "custom_multiple" but that field doesn't show up on available fields.

I'm using SpiralScripts Paid Download and need to import multiple downloadable files per product. I can get one to come in just fine but not more. It doesn't matter whether I create the import as one record or multiples.

How do I upload multiples? Do I need this field? If so, how do I add it to my template? Or do I just make a custom field and call it that? Any tricks to that I need to know?

Joomla 3.6.5, Virtuemart 3.2.1, CSVI Pro 7.1.0

Well, I found the field and added it but I'm still only getting one download attached - the last one. So still have a problem uploading multiples.

Attaching files. The csv import file looks fine in LibreOffice but not Open Office. The screenshot show 8 custom products added but only the last one displays.

Hello,
We don't know how spiral downloads plugin work as we don't support it but your file as per custom field setup looks good. Do you have Product Download(s) custom field already added in VirtueMart custom fields page? If its not added already,try adding the custom field and then update your available fields before doing the import.

Hi,

Yes, I've created the custom fields (did that before installing CSVI), manually added some products and then exported the custom fields to see what to look for and how to structure my import. Export doesn't include "custom_multiple" so that stumped me for a bit.

When I look at my import file I created (built by calculations in Filemaker Pro and then exporting as CSV) the field names and contents match. Most of my 3K+ products have at least 7 or more attached downloads so getting this to work is critical. When Cart2Cart migrated my shop, none of the product download links came over so I have to add them all back in myself.

Just thought I might be missing some vital little thing that might be obvious to an expert. Thanks for taking the time to check it out though! I'll continue fiddling with it and I'm sure I'll figure it out sometime.
