Resolved multilanguage import

i did it, but always i have results as seperated. i restore the db with the tests and i left the last one only.

I guess you do not have problem with category and manufacturer import and the confusion is only with product import. Is that correct?

I attach xls with only product field just to check it. is it correct?

There is a problem in product import file. Importing products for multiple languages is little different from category and manufacturer imports.

No problem, let me try to explain it here. For product import you do not need field with _trans but you need individual import files. Say for example you want to import products for two languages English and Dutch. You will have one import file for English and Other import file for Dutch. product_sku field will be same in both the files and other fields like product_name and product_desc will be the text based on the language. When importing you should select the language in Options tab. When importing English file you select English as language in Options tab and when importing Dutch file you select Dutch as language on Options tab. Save the template and run the import.

I am seeing manufacturer_name_trans, category_path_trans and product_name_trans fields in one import file whereas you should be importing manufacturer, category and products as individual imports using specific import templates. That is explained in the linked document in my previous reply. Did you try that?

iread the documentation, i made many experiments, but somehow i missed it.

The categories are translated in 2 langs, also manufacturer.
The test product has been imported with 8 subproducts but has no relation the greek (as primary) with the english

The original file has modified at product_name | manufacturer_name | product_s_desc | category_path and _trans has been added
I thing tha i 'm in a deadlock

i have to prepare exactly the same file with the same fields as the 1st includes? and the only change in import file is at Options tab to change the language?

Please check Setting up a VirtueMart multi-language shop document for multi language import in VirtueMart. For importing translations with category and manufacturer you need to use field ending with _trans in import file and for product import it is little different. Please check the linked document. The document explains import with examples.
