hello i totally messed up my products when importing. all fields are mixed with other fields.
can someone help me restore the products i do have a backup

You also sent an email with the same question. The simple way of fixing your products is to import a CSV file with the correct data, this will then set things straight.
If you want to restore data from your backup that is not something we do but if you have a database dump as Tharuna mentioned, you can replace the database tables from the backup with the tables in the site.
