In CSVI 5.21.2 I had following fields with virtuemart product export, but they are missing when I try to add more fields to virtuemart example product export template in CSVI Pro 6.4.1
min_order_level
step_order_level
product_box
Is thre a way to add them there?

I have the same problem.
I tried to update the available fields but returns error 500 Hostgator.
You have any tips? I do not know what to ask for the support of Hostgator.
CSVI Pro 6.4.1
Plugin Virtuemart (plg_csviaddon_virtuemart_csvi_6.4.0)
Virtuemart 3.0.11.4
Joomla 3.4.4

Hello,
Please check the document 500 Internal Server error.
Also If you are using any firewall component in Joomla, make sure to allow CSVI.
Thank you.

Well it's the server killing CSVI, so it should have a reason for that. That reason is in the server error log, perhaps not the error log you can see but then you can ask your host. So you would need to ask your host.
All other options are going to be a stab in the dark as we have no idea why your host is killing the process. One thing you can try is check the Database Type is set to MySQLi in the global configuration.
