That message is coming from Joomla itself. You can check the Extesions -> Database page for further details.

I installed it but my server is not php 5.4
At this time i am moving to a new server with the latest version.
When i am finish i test and place the results here.

Yes I have received the info. Now I can see why you don't see the product_sku field, this field doesn't show up in the available fields list. Something must be off in your installation. What I completely missed as well is that you are running an old CSVI version.

What I would suggest is to update CSVI first, then run the update of available fields and see if the preview looks OK. Let me know how it goes.

Ah, I think I see now what is going on.

You are missing some fields, please follow the steps in the Missing fields in CSVI and see if the preview looks better.

You should see the product_sku field in the preview as well.

That is weird, when I loaded the template it was set to Yes :dry: When I changed that I was able to import the XML file.

Save the template and post a screenshot of what you see in the preview please.

That was useful. In your template go to the File tab. There is an option called Use file for configuration. This is set to Yes but should be set to No. The reason is that you want to use the fields you assigned to the template and not the nodes in the XML file. Save the template and after that you can import.
