Resolved Missing a temporary folder

Hello,

just moved to a new server (same hosting company). When I want to process an import I get this error message: Missing a temporary folder.

Any idea what is wrong ?

Hello Daniel,
This is temporary folder of Joomla and permission for this tmp folder is good. You need to check the temporary folder which PHP uses to upload files. In your server PHP settings check the path set for upload_tmp_dir. Your hosting provider should be able to check and fix this.
