Using RO CSVI Margin rule plugin you can calculate the 34% margin on price and using Decimals field in Margin rule you can round the price to needed decimals. You did not mention if it is import or export. May I know how you get VAT value?

In case you want to add VAT value to price field you can use RO CSVI combine rule and set Operation field as Calculation. You can then set Source fields as the fields to be added, Target field as Sales price field and also set Perform Operation field as Addition. See if that helps.
