i've updated to stable V6.0.1 from RC1
but when i'm try to update the templates i get following error.
Maintenance -> Restore Templates and loaded the xml from this page

Apologies, this one slipped through hence the late reply. Attached is patch file, after you load the patch file you should be able to also restore the templates.

this is the actual error...
You get this after loading the patch? Line 1372 is actually an empty line in the patch file so this suggests the file hasn't been loaded.
If the patch file doesn't load, you can unpack the file and place it in the folder administrator\components\com_csvi\addon\com_csvi\model\

i get this error when i'm try to restore the templates. the patch worked fine, i've uploaded it also via FTP as you said. But the error still appears.

The error appears on the same line? This I would deem impossible because it is an empty line.

this is the line for me
In that case that file is wrong, if you look at the same line in the patch file you will see it is something different. Can you install the patch file again? Another user just tried the patch as well and worked without a problem.

i'm still confused, the line has changed but not the problem. I'm one a macbook, is this maybe a problem?
Perhaps something went wrong with the patch, can you re-download it and try to apply it again. To be sure, you are loading the example XML templates file correct?
