Hello Ronald,
The issue is that the URL is not allowed, that is why it is coloured red. I can't see the exact status because that is only displayed in the Net tab however I am guessing it is either a forbidden or Internal Server Error.
The forbidden error is usually caused by firewall software not allowing CSVI to access it's own files. If it is an internal server error, it becomes another story. You can see the 500 Internal server error document for more information.
Final option I can think of is that the Database Type in the Global configuration is not set to mysqli but to mysql. That should be changed as well if that is the case.

CSVI 6 is a complete rewrite so anything is possible but if it were a real error in CSVI, you wouldn't be the only one having this issue.
Another thought, did you install CSVI 6 over an existing installation? If so, you will most likely have a mix of old and new files. In that case it is better to do a complete new installation by following the Uninstall CSVI document and then install CSVI Pro again and the VirtueMart add-on needs to be installed again.
