Resolved Log shows 0 records processed whereas the template processed more than 5000 records.

Hello,
The log gets updated once the import finishes, in your case import did not finish so End shows Unknown and log shows 0 records processed. I see there is no error details which came with cron email. As per debug log there are 621 products which are processed and the debug log ends at image processing of 621 th record. What if you set Image processing to No in import? Does import finish then?
