Hello,
The error message does not say what the actual error is. In your Joomla Global configuration page on Server tab set Error reporting to Development, save the config and run the ICECat Maintenance task. Check if you can see the error. Post a screenshot of it.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

The problem will be that RO CSVI needs to unzip the file and that there is not enough memory for unzipping the file. What you can do is unzip the file manually in that folder and it will be called files_index and you can then start the import from the maintenance menu. RO CSVI will find the unzipped file and process that instead of trying to unzip the file.

Let us know how that goes.
Kind regards,

RolandD
