it seems as if the time limit is not working. With an import. every second is tried downloading two images. The server says 503.

Hello,
Error 503 means that service is unavailable currently, this happens when server is not able to handle http request due to temporary overloading. Probably it has to do some thing with your images.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

'm trying to say. the time limit is not working properly. How many seconds is 1 time limit. I want the server to give more time to process the data. It now seems that it does not matter what I type. (Templates> advance> limit)

The time limit is only applied between runs and not between records. This time is in seconds. So 1 time limit is 1 second. If you want to give the server more time to process, you could set the number of lines per import to let's say 5 and a wait time of 5 seconds. This would process 5 records and then wait 5 seconds and then process 5 records again and wait 5 seconds etc.

Hello,
The error you posted don't seem to be something associated with limit or seconds. As said earlier it is because the server is not reachable or temporarily unavailable. You may need to give more information on your import, what you are trying to do? what if you try to import only few records, probably 2 or 3? Send us debug log and import file with those few records if you have issue.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

het gaat om de tijd lijn. Ik doe 1 regel per import en 5 seconde de tijd. Het lijkt of de 5 seconde niet wordt gedaan.

it comes to the timeline. I do one line per import and 5 seconds time. It seems as if the five seconds is not done.

Hello,

Why don't we take the timeout out of the equation. Create an import file with just 1 product, does that import without a problem?

In the meantime I will check the wait time.
Kind regards,

Hello,
The wait time issue for import has been fixed and the patch file is attached in the post. You can load the patch file using CSVI maintenance menu and then try your import. Let me know if this fixes the issue.
