The problem is not the fields, the problem is your delimiters. As the screenshot shows CSVI gets the fields
"name"
instead of
name
, notice the double quotes around the name, that should not be there.
VirtueMart user import is explained in
this tutorial. I am aware you just want to import Joomla users, so you will need these fields:
- email
- password
- name
- usergroup_name
- username
The main problem seems to lie with your import file markup. I will need the information as requested at the top of the page to help you with that.
