J2store has 2 stock management fields but I dont find where is the Stock status in ROCSVI, Management Stock is here but Stock status is not (or i dont know where it is). Stock status is "In Stock" or "Out of Stock".

In J2Store Variants import operation you will find two stock management fields manage_stock and availability, manage_stock is to import Management Stock and availability is for stock status. Availability field takes two values 0 for Out of Stock and 1 for In Stock.
