I'm trying to import some J2Store products but I am having some difficulty. The Joomla article seems to get created but is corrupt in some way and cannot be accessed. I get a HTTP 500 error when I try to access the article either via Content - Articles or via J2Store-Catalogue-Products.
I cannot access a tutorial on this on your site. When I click on the J2Store article (https://csvimproved.com/support/tutorials?id=282) in https://csvimproved.com/support/tutorials I get Error 403 You are not authorised to view this resource.
Can you let me have access to this tutorial. If I still have problems afterwards I will update this with further details of the template and csv file.

Hello,
Check 500 internal server error document for this error. Basically you need to check your server logs on the actual error. Once we have this actual error we can then find whats causing this 500 error.
Did you login into CSVI site? With login i don't see any problem accessing these articles.
Let us know if you still can not access the tutorial after login.

Yes - I can access the tutorial now. I'll see if that will help with the original problem and, if not; I'll update the call with more details.

Yes - I've now managed to access the documentation. I have also solved the issue. It was caused by having a capital letter on 'Simple' as a product_type.
I do have another issue with the import now. It should import the file paths of both a main_image and a thumb_image. The actual images are already in their appropriate folders, The main image path is imported correctly but the thumb image path remains blank. I have attached a copy of the csv file and a log of the last run.

Hello,
Can you please load the attached patch file from CSVI maintenance menu and then run the import?
