Hi, we are running Joomla 4.4.9 and Virtuemart 4.2.0 with the latest ROCSVI 8.13 versions.
When trying to run an import template with csv file, we are getting an error we have not seen before: RO CSVI Import Custom Fields For All plugin is either not installed or not enabled. Download and install the plugin from RO CSVI Downloads page or enable the plugin in the Plugin manager.

I have checked my clients import file and cannot see any errors in it. I have checked all plugins and cannot see anything missing.
Am i missing a file from the Miscellaneous Downloads section of this site?

I've asked the client to try their import again to see if the problem persists.
As soon as I hear back from them I will let you know how we got on.

Hello Aaron,
RO CSVI Import Custom Fields For All plugin is either not installed or not enabled.

You must be importing Breakdesigns Customfieldsforall fields with VirtueMart product. To import these values you need to install and enable RO CSVI - VirtueMart - Breakdesigns plugin and that plugin is missing so you see the error. You can download the plugin from our downloads page. Install the plugin and then run the import.

Yes sorry I am importing a custom fields for all product with variations.
I have it installed already - or am I missing something?

Yes you have it installed. Do you also have Customfieldsforall plugin from Breakdesigns installed and enabled?

Yes we do, we have many products with variations such as Size, Type and Colour.

Hello Aaron,
Ok I see you have all plugins installed and enabled so that is good. I ran a test import on your site with one customfieldsforall field and it went good without any error. See attached screenshot. All I did was update of available fields. Can you run import now and check? If you still have any issue please post import file to check.

Hi Tharuna,

We are still having issues with this import and I'm not sure why.
I have taken the import file back to test with one product only with four sizes in an attempt to work out the issue.
I am still getting the error message and the import only gives the model and the 1st size and then fails.
I have attached the import sheet.

Can you spot something amiss with our import file?

Hello Aaron,
Thank you for posting import file. There is a problem in your import file. You have 4 children in the file but only the first child has product_parent_sku value and the rest 3 products have it empty. That is creating the error. Please try import with attached modified file. I ran import on your site and see custom fields added without any error.

Your are right - I can see the missing fields now on the remaining child products in our import file.
I will ask the client to test with the import file fixed and report back - thanks you so much once again for your help!
