Resolved Issues when updating from 6.6.4 to 7.0

Hello, you guys have a great component here. I use it for so much of my day to day work. So thank you. Currently, I'm running Joomla 3.6.5 and Virtuemart 3.0.18. I've made 2 attempts to upgrade from the backend Extensions update, and both attempts have ended poorly. The menu disappears on the front end; all the menu items on the backend are gone. Components are missing in the backend, so on and so forth. Am I missing something? Look forward to hearing your response. Thank you, and take care.

Hello,
That is really strange that you are missing the menu items after CSVI update. Can you send me mysql dump of your menu table to check? Send me a private message or post an email to tharuna@csvimproved.com. For now if you have backup of database you can try replacing #__menu table from backup and see if your menu items gets back.

Thank you for your reply. I immediately starting reading the forums after I posted here, and have focused on this thread: https://csvimproved.com/forum?view=topic&defaultmenu=1054&catid=44&id=33634&limitstart=0. I was only able to find one menu item with "com-csvi-about" in the path. But more component menus were still missing. I will send you a data dumb of what I have later today after some sleep. Hello,
Thank you for sending mysql dump. Your menu table entries all looks good. So the issue is related to some other table. Can you send me your Joomla administrator and database access details? I will take a look at your database and site.
