Resolved Issue with Category Image Import Template

Hi Support,
I am facing an issue with the category image import template. I am unable to resize the images for thumbnails, even though I have enabled the option in the template settings. Could you please help me with this? I have attached the template file for your reference.

Hello,
Post import debug log as well. That will tell us what happens with thumbnails. To get the debug log check How to collect debug information? document.

Hello,
Debug log shows there is no processing with Thumbnail image. There is no error as well. So running import with one of remote images from debug log shows thumbnails are not created. I noticed the main image is bigger than the maximum resize set in template. In template settings on Image tab set Maximum width resize and Maximum height resize to 3500 and save the template. See attached screenshot. Also load the attached patch file and then run the import. See if thumbnail images are created after that.
