Hi, I have issue importing prices in J2 Store.
I'm using the Example J2store Price Import template to do this.
When importing the date from and date to are not filled in, although they show up correctly in the preview.
I even did a price export and imported the same file without manipulation and it failed and added a row with blank dates instead.
Any thoughts please?
See screenshots in the attachement + attached import file enclosed as well.
Thanks, Jo

Hello Jo,
The problem is database supports Y-m-d H:i:s format so any other format of date value will not be saved in database. This is not RO CSVI setting but MySQL database thing.
Thats correct. That is because import is to save the values to database and does not support all date formats.
Is there a way I can change the Price import to have also the d/m/Y format instead, for future cases.

the option to change the date format seems not available in import, only on export.

Thanks again for the quick reply Tharuna.
I managed to import the file now, changing the date format into Y-m-d
However in Europe we all use d/m/Y

Hello Jo,
Thank you for posting the requested files. The problem is with date format. In the export template on File tab change the date format from d/m/Y H:i:s to Y-m-d H:i:s. See attached screenshot. Run the export then import and see if the dates are imported.

Hi Tharuna,
Enclosed the log file and the importfile.
I can't see any error, but still the date fields remain empty.
Thanks for looking into it.
